Q.
Paracetamol dose is four times a day in four hours gap... What about night? Sud we continue paracetamol in four hours gap at night also?? Please advice

Author of questionMom of a 1 yr 9 m old girl1 Year agoA. She had fever 101. I hav already given paracetamol 4 times from 8am morning till 10pm....what if fever comes at night also, sud we give paracetamol again

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. no it's every sixth hourly ok. fever can be because of different reasons most of the times viral bacterial sometimes due to less immunity there can be recurrence better to treat only with paracetamol if the fever more than 100degr
