yesterday in evening my son start vomiting no food come only water come .....plz tell me cow milk gave or not and also name of fruit which i gave and also he day pain in head plz tell it of because of gas and vomiting

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. better to avoid milk. you may give coconut water, dal pani, rice kanji, ord, waters and mausambi, apple juice. it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.

use Babyhug Hing roll on to apply over her tummy to reduce the gas
give her soups and probiotics
don't over feed and foege feed her
use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350 for drinking
don't use packaged and processed food , maida items
