yesterday I fell down in bathroom and get hit in side of head (mostly above ear ) but I have no nausea vomiting or drowsiness at all...today when I sleep at night I feel pain in back of my head ..there is only pain in back of my head only when I sleep ..when I am awake there is no sleep and I am completely ok...but when I sleep I feel pain in back of my head but I got hit in side of head...there are no other symptoms...is it ok???
