Q.

My daughter hit her head back and fell down at 3 pm She has no vomiting and is playing and eating and how many hours should I take care of her?

A. it's good but take care of her n don't worry if it would be serious than currently she vomited but now she is fine..

A. That’s very good that your child is fine but still just monitor the behaviour for another 48 hours if you see anything or sudden vomiting or anything that you feel is not correct as per you then you should check with your doctor otherwise all is well
