Yellow discharge and had fever will Tis fever stops after the eyes gets cleared

What do things are connected and yes but if both the things are not connected then I cannot be sure about it because fever is mostly due to an infection but due to eye infection I am never heard a person getting fever I think it’s something else only better be sure about it
