AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom New born babies can hear from the birth itself but they start responding to sounds after 3 months. If there is hearing loss at the time of birth then this can be due to birth injury, low birth weight, premature birth etc.
