Regular what you make at home generally for breakfast can be given as such,
so be it fresh seasonal fruits, dry fruits, also you can make soft stuff paranthas, idli, dosa, chilla, upma, vermcelli, eggs if preffered
ShonaliMom of 2 children2 months agoA. I pack anything from the folloqing for my pre-schooler:
1. Besan zuchinni, mushroom chilla, use cookie cutter for exciting shapes
2. blueberrg pancakes, (eggless)
3. mini idlis
4. poori sheera
5. suji upma
6. brocolli multigrain atta and potato chilla ( grade everything, mix with ragi, besan and jowar atta, add salt and put it on a greased pan. it takes just few mintues. same thing.
I also add aome fruits lile grapes (red, green, black), blueberries, sliced apples a whole banana for the tiffin.
Never pack any soggy, mushy or liquid items for toddlers lunch as the heat and your tiffin material may spoil the initial taste of the food.

Gradually introduce all food groups in your child’s daily diet. That is healthy and common in your family.
