wt should i give to my boy for increase hemoglobin?

A. the child is suffering from anaemia due to iron deficiency so you'll have to give foofd which is rich in iron and like cereals pulses apple banana as well as green leafy vegetables and beetroot. also you will have to start iron supfplements and it would consist of iron folic acid and vitamin b12 and take follow up every month with the doctor

Of course I didn’t supplement is a must to go for along with that if you want you can definitely go ahead with the giving iron rich food to the child which should include beetroot pomegranate spinach and definitely good amount of broccoli as well along with that you should take a consultation from a nutritionist as wellWrite Your Answer Here
