with pass stoole some red is coming in mixed.. is there any risky for baby?

A. Hello dear parent, for 4 months old baby red colour in thr stool does not sound normal. If you are giving any semi solid diet to your baby then it can be due to that and constipation. But you should consult with your paediatric once.
