Q.
Will exclusively pumping affect the breast tissues in the long run ??..i heard it from my relatives ..hence it’s hindering my mind. Is it true ?

it is not true
but I suggest you please if possible give plenty of breast feeding to your child when you're child is demanding
it is best for child and mother bonding
