A. you can try mamaearth milky soft soap..which milk based...and is non toxic and made safe..i reay like this for my girl...its fragrance is just amazing

PoonamMom of a 5 yr 11 m old girl5 years agoA. Dear mommy, if you are asking for 3 months old baby they generally don't require regular soaping. Infact skin is very sensitive chemicals harms their skin. I use Chico soap for my 3 months old daughter however I give her soap bath only 2 times a week usually it just warm water bath to kept her body moisture intact. You can use any chemicals, smell free soap for babies. Remember if the soap is smelling nice it will have some amount of chemicals. Also avoid medicated soap untill recommended by pediatrician.
