Why poop turn black in pregnancy?

A. Hello! Black stools during pregnancy are common and usually harmless. The common causes would be when you take iron supplements or eat dark colour foods or certain medical combinations can turn stool black. But in case of any discomfort, it can also indicate a problem in upper digestive track. So consult your doctor once.
