why not to add salt in babies food till 1 year

Hello The doctor say that it is not healthy which is why it is recommended not to add salt and sugar to the pool a lot of doctors day different different things so few want to you can go ahead and add salt to the food if you want to I did it from the very beginning of the consultation of my doc only my so if you want you can otherwise you can wait
