This is geographic tongue in geographic tongue no treatment is required and it is a temporary condition which gets result with increasing age of the child. the name has been given because the geography of patch on the tongue changes again and again. it is a painless condition and it is not a ulcer. multivitamins may help in slight improvement but is not the standard therapy
