RashmiMom of a 11 yr 4 m old girl3 hours agoA. Mam it is a delay in the speech of the child as if the child does not pick up well on the speech by the time of 2 1/2 years and it is considered as a delay in the growth of your child in terms of verbal growth so you have to see a speech therapist once
