Why my son is not taking any food including milk and vomiting if given forcefully

Teething maybe happening with your child whenever you will try to force feed the child vomiting is bound to happen and when the child starts to have his teeth you can see the loss of appetite is very commonly seen with small kids so I think that would be the same reason with your child as well
