Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 10 m old boy2 years agoA. for big children it is important to increase the physical activity of the child during the daytime and also see that the child is drinking plenty of water and is having a good diet just before sleep but at the same time the diet should be easily digestible and not very heavy diet which is causing more gas formation because that also can lead to digestion problem and that can ddisturb the sleep.
also it is important to look for any environmental disturbance which is affecting the sleep like temperature variationsx as well as the mattress problem.
rule out constipation which might be causing gastric disturbance and change in sleep pattern
RashmiMom of a 11 yr 5 m old girl2 years agoA. That’s very difficult to say without knowing the schedule of the child eating habits and everything else that’s associated mostly kids don’t sleep when they are hungry and sometimes they do not sleep because they may not be feeling well like a stomach pain pain or anything could be an issue associated
