ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. Once it can happen but if you face it repeatedly then you should consult your gynaecologist as there might be some underlying etiology and take good rest and eat calcium and iron rich foods and seasonal fruits and vegetables
