why my child weight is not growing?

A. Dear parent, what’s your child’s current weight and birth weight? Baby should gain at least 500 grams per month and should double the birth weight by 6 months or earlier. For healthy weight gain, exclusively breastfeed your child till 6 months complete. At one episode of breast feeding feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain.
