RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl3 weeks agoA. If the child is constantly complaining of it then it’s probably associated with the digestion related issue food poisoning or stomach infection with food poisoning see lose motions and vomiting also but currently I think this is more or less due to stomach infection or disturb digestion please check with your doctor
