why my child is having very tiny tiny white colour dots on my 4yr old kids skin . please answer me it will be very beneficial and helpful as I'm very much tensed

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 3 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hai good evening !! Due to body heat,sweat small rashes like heat boils appears on skin. Avoid bath during sunny time after 10 am-5pm which might cause rashes . Proper ventilation with fresh air and wipe off sweat ,wash with normal water and pat dry. Give more water,fluids for hydration.
