Q.

I stopped breastfeeding 2months back now I have pain n itching in nipple with very tiny white dots on it

A. You should once get it checked by your gynaecologist as it could be due to engorgement or f the breast if you feel pain and tenderness in the breast and apply coconut oil if itching is there
