why my child having stomach pain ...and after waking up in the morning she start vomiting......this is happening from last two days

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl5 months agoA. Usually could be associated with a digestion related tissue and sometimes it could be upset stomach also but without a proper assessment nothing can be set for sure so it’s better to get it examined by your paediatrician
