Q.
why my breast milk supply is low..? due to low supply. I offered formula to my child. but i want to increase my breast milk supply.. so please help me out from this stressfull situation..

First of all stop taking stress as it will further reduce the milk flow abd drink plenty of liquids and massage your breast towards nipple and make more skin to skin contact with baby and take shatavari capsules from Himalaya twice a day after meals

First of all should not take stress because stress is also one of the reasons for reduction of it in this case I can only advise you to go ahead with fenugreek capsules on regular basis they have quite a good review so hopefully that’s going to help in increasing the mothers feeding apart from that yet if it is not helpful then you can consult the doctor maybe they can advise you with something better
