why my breast lump during breast feeding is not painful and it's like hard as a rock .how to cure this .and it's present near the nipple exactly around areola and more than 1 month completed

A. fibroadenoma of the breast okfor further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given
