Q.

Why my baby start coughing suddenly ? Is it because of air trapped in throat? And act like hes gonna vomit

A. Hello, your baby boy is 8 months old and starts coughing suddenly so mostly it is due to saliva drooling backward into the phyrinx and getting irritable phyrynix and coughs

A. Cough and Cold should be treated only after a proper examination by a doctor as there may be some associated factor . As the first line of treatment you can give steam inhalation which wrould be helpful . Cough Syp should be given only after a proper evaltuation .

A. good evening it is possible that the child had some problem in swallowing something as a result of which he is having this kind of an issue I would recommend you to tap gently on the back of the child for relief
