Why my baby splilling breast milk and not top feed?

A. Well actually there is no logic to it because we are I would like to tell you the child spit up a lot of milk whether it is breastfeeding or formula milk is basically associated with indigestion and a lot of times could be associated with reflux issues as well which is common to be seen
