why my baby spills out milk after each feeding when I hold her to take burp,?

A. Dear mum, it is normal for babies to spit up milk after feeding, do not worry. Continue to burp after every feed. Keeping the head and chest at a level higher than stomach helps to reduce the chances of spitting.
