why my baby sounds Ghar ghar sometimes in a day.. what to to for avoid that sound ??

A. sometimes stuffy nose. sometimes reflux. feed in upright position and burp inbetween and after feeding session. give steam inhalation twice a day and colicaid drops thrice a day
