Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. first of all meet your doctor and get the weight of the child assessment done. if the weight gain of the child is within normal limits as well as the urine output is normal then do not worry about the ffeeding pattern, the sleeping pattern and the crying pattern of the child. your doctorr is the best person too tell you whether any outside milk is required or not until that time kindly continue only breastfeeding. Continue exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months of age of the child

Aanchal ShishodiaMom of a 4 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. How old is your baby because generally a baby holds his neck by 3 to 4 months but if it is taking longer then you should consult a doctor. My son is 8 months and now he has started holding his neck. This situation is called delayed milestones. I am taking him for physiotherapy and it is helping me a lot. I hope this information will be helpful for u.

Aanchal ShishodiaMom of a 4 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. Don't worry it happens. Every child is different. I experienced the same problem. At first I was also worried for my son but it's ok. Give ur child time to increase his appetite. But do try to feed mother's milk more nd more and keep monitoring his weight.

Hi It is not necessary that the appetite of the child is definitely going to increase with increasing age sometimes it is same but they take it at that early times suppose if your child is taking 60 ML as of now your child me again as forever after 1 1/2 hours for 60 ML again but that’s normal your child is taking small amount frequently that is also fine
