why my baby (Nick) sweating in his head too much while feeding and sleeping??

as young babies have more sweat glands than we adults have ,usually it is normal .
no need to worry
but if a child is showing other discomfort like irritability, low appetite, difficulty while feeding and sleeping then better to visit your pediatrician for once.
