why my baby needs to be put on side to roll over?

You should give more of tummy time to the child that is actually going to encourage your child to roll over because when you put your child on the side it’s very easy for them to switch the position either on the tummy on the back which is why you are maybe seeing your child being more comfortable but you should give more of tummy time
