shreya goelMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello mom Green colour stool is not always alarming. It can be because of natural or artificial food intake in Mother’s diet or can also be because of formula milk. In such case if your baby is active and taking proper meals on time then every thing is fine and nothing to worry about.
