why my baby is constipating after introducing solid ..any solution?

A. dear mum, Give enough amount and frequency of top food for bulk formation 2 to 3 times a day and at least half Katori per meal important to include fibrous food like variety of seasonal vegetables, green leafy vegetables and fruits, carrot, beetroot, papaya, apple, banana. whole fruit is better than fruit juice. give few sips of water in between and after meals. breastfeeding should be continued.
