Sarika guptaMom of 2 children3 months agoA. mam it xan be due to calcium deficiency in the child. please give ostocalcium b12 syrup daily to the baby. also give calcium rich food items like milk curd buttermilk soy and paneer to the child. give lots of green vegetables and give roasted makhanas to the kid.
