Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. allergic eruption you have to just balance according to the type of skin of the child. usually the skin of the child is mainly dry and sensitive then in these areas you have to apply coconut oil or moisturizing lotion in the areas where sweating is present and skin folds there is no need to applly oil or lotion but you have to regularly clean it with soap and you can apply baby powder if needed. take care of the skin child in this manner on the whole body.

NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello baby skin being sensitive it is better to use mild and gentle baby skin care products which is made of natural ingredients and chemical free and paraben free like Babyhug which helpful and any concern then 8t s better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you
