Q.

why my baby(4.5 months) has stopped smiling and laughing all sudden...... she luks active...and eats well..... why dis is happening?

A. Sometimes babies do like this so you need not to be worried much about it because at this stage babies have lots of mood swings even you won’t be able to understand that you are baby can have these many more swings so it will be fine

A. she doesn't have any gas....... infact she can roll both sides....and always try to crawl....but all suden smiling and laughing is not there

A. need not to be worried about this is the as da babies explore in the field very happy and they also get the social smile it is OK for the baby to do the same

A. Hi dear Check for colic pain If your baby is bottle-fed, it's important to find a bottle that won't make her gulp. The more air she swallows during feedings, the more likely she is to have tummy trouble. The hole in the nipple shouldn't be too small or too large. You might try holding your baby more upright during feedings to help the formula or breast milk travel more smoothly to his tummy. Frequent burping helps get air bubbles out of your baby's tummy. a gentle belly massage might help dispel gas or at least help his tummy feel better. Do tummy time
