Why my 45days old baby girl throw out milk immediately after sucking my breast milk.its not like curd form exactly like milk that come from my breast. Why its so?

A. hello it is normal for baby to spit up or vomit curdle milk which is is absolutely nothing to worry.. just make sure to burp the baby after every feed and also you should check on your diet as this can also effect your baby tummy
