Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. ok se. g vsmall babies will be having lot of gas because of various reasons it is advisable to do burping of the baby immediately after feeding please give colimex DF drops to the baby they are safe

That’s basically due to stomach reflects which is extremely common with small kids so need not worry about it now your child is in a good age now you should try and feed your child only on demand and burping after every feed is going to plan an important also just take care of that with passage of time and growing age things will change and better they will become
