Maybe your child is not comfortable with what you are using that’s why your child may be refusing in the first place second maybe your child is not feeling enough heat to wear a sweater or a cap so you can just use something else which is more soft to be used on the skin instead of using a sweater and instead of a woollen cap refer using a cotton cap
