why my 3 years baby sometimes close his ears and hummm....and sometimes walk on his toes when he excited...he is not speaking sentences....but he understand.

A. hi everything which you have mentioned in your question is normal among toddlers to do this they do this to check boundaries that are set by you or they do this to get your attention too so please spend at least one hour in a day with your child . keep communicating with your child more which help to enhance his vocabulary and encourage him to speak more
