why my 3 month's baby spit ups milk even breast feed after 1 hours also spitups

A. Hello good morning !! Burp well after every feed it helps in easy digestion and avoids spit ups . Generally due to reflux babies spit up milk after a few minutes of feed,so burp well to avoid spit up. If the baby frequently spits even after burping long then check with the Doctor.
