A. In initial 3 months weight gain is slow so don't worry and for gas make sure you burp baby after feeding by holding him across your shoulder for 10 to 15 mins after feeding and if excessive crying then consult your paediatrician

A. Hi, make sure to feed once in every two hours for about 20 minutes that is 10 minutes on the left breast and 10 minutes on the right breast. Burp your baby well after every feed which is very important. Do tummy time and give a gap of few seconds and then feed your baby this will help in reducing the gas problem. Check the urine count baby should pass urine 6 to 8 times in a day or more than that. If the urine count is less than six times that means baby is not getting enough feed then please check with your paediatrician for the top feed.Write Your Answer Here
