RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl11 months agoA. Kids can go without pooping for even 10 to 12 days at a stretch your child is comfortable and taking all the feeding properly urine output is good there is nothing to be worried is a completely normal scenario with kids do not for a couple of days
