Uma RamMom of 2 children16 hours agoA. Hello good afternoon !! Watering in eyes happens when rubbed or any infection causes redness in the eyes,avoid rubbing ,touching eyes ,check with the Doctor. If the eyes are normal without redness but only watering then it might be body heat. Give heat beating fluids,apply coconut oil to the hair helps.
