why my 10 month old knees having this? now a days my baby crawling fast.

A. hello you should try to keep the babies skin well hybrided and use mild baby lotion like sebamed baby lotion..The Sebamed Moisturizing cream has a pH value of 5.5 which enhances the moisturizing effect of the cream which keeps the skin soft and smooth and prevent the rashes
