Namaste Mom, Lot of factors are involved in this, bascially monthly weight gain is expected in the range of 400 gm to 1 kg and by age of 4 to 6 months they double their birth weight. if the baby is excluively breast feeding then take care of your diet and have healthy and feeling feed

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy10 months agoA. hello baby gaining a minimum if 600 g to 800 g per month is a good weight gain and an indication that baby is getti g sufficient bm and absolutely nothing to worry and any concern then u can check with ur doctor which should be safe
