why is my breasts taking v long time to refill.? I should almost wait for about 4-5 hours so tht it gets filled... I breast feed my baby when ever she demands. my baby feels hungry every 10-15 mnts.. because of this cluster feeding I dnt have enough milk for her demand.. I tried fenugreek... lactonic granules.. etc.. please help refill my milk faster

A. Have fluids before and after breast feeding. take Lactare capsules or powder is a safe medicine or Take CurePerium powder with milk twice a day. Take 1 tsp methi seed with warm water will help.
