why is my babys first erupted tooth is upper and not lower

A. Hi babies can get their first milk teeth in either upper or lower jaw in front region. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip to facilitate the eruption process of teeth

A. good evening it is not necessary that the first tooth should be lower only there is no problem even if it is the other one you don't have to get out about it just give calcium supplement to the child
