Why is my baby not talking any words yet.. he just calls Amma and Nanna.. he reached all milestones and walking perfectly but he is not talking should I be concerned?

A. baby talks the basic words at one yr as baba papa mumma .. keep baby encouraging break the words and sentences and let the baby repeat aftr u let the baby mingle with same age grps
